ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are reviewed and processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may extend slightly to maintain fulfillment quality standards.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times depend on destination country, carrier conditions, customs operations, and seasonal demand.

Europe: 5–10 business days
International: 7–15 business days

TRACKING INFORMATION

If tracking appears inactive immediately after dispatch, this does not necessarily indicate an issue with the shipment.

INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is complete and accurate before submitting an order.
SHOREHAZE cannot guarantee successful delivery for orders containing incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to address issues, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
While we work exclusively with trusted logistics partners, delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or carrier-related issues.
If your package appears significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier when applicable.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of:

- The packaging
- The shipping label
